By joining the UK Opera Association (UKOA)*, you agree to the following terms for your initial 12-month membership term**. 

1. Member Benefits

As a member of UKOA, you are entitled to:

The Members Hub: Full access to our digital platform, including resource libraries and networking tools.

Preferential Pricing: Access to member-exclusive rates for all UKOA-hosted events, conferences, and training sessions.

Leadership Insights: A monthly newsletter delivered to your inbox from UKOA Senior Leadership, providing sector updates and strategic insights.

2. Member Commitments

In exchange for these services, you agree to:

The Membership Fee: Pay the annual fee in full at the point of registration (or as otherwise agreed in your payment schedule). This fee is non-refundable and covers your first year of membership.

Our Values: Abide by the UKOA Values (Respectful, Open, Inclusive, and Generous) in all interactions within the Hub and at our events. We reserve the right to suspend membership if a member’s conduct consistently undermines these principles.

3. Duration and Renewal

Term: Your membership is valid for 12 months from the date of payment.

Renewal: We will contact you 30 days before your membership expires to invite you to renew for the following year.

**It is anticipated that a more comprehensive UKOA Membership agreement will be in place for year 2 establishing Members Ownership and Governance of UKOA.
